Does DsttFlashChecker.nds [ver 0.01] and DsttFlashWriter.nds [ver 0.05] work with 1.17 or do they somehow require 1.16?

Also, will DsttFlashWriter recover a fake DSTT destroyed by 1.17?

Dammit ~_~ .. I think there is a securty that don't let you save .... if someboddy beated the first level on STTCWJA and put him on rapidshare .. it wil hopely works .. i wait some months ..

These is HomeBrew APP.
Can run with any TT kernel.

Will DsttFlashWriter 0.05 recover a fake DSTT destroyed by the official 1.17 firmware?

Are we sure that they haven't added some new code to 1.17 that does more than corrupt the internal flash memory of the fake DSTT?

Using this, I was able to get 1.17 to work with the latest version of YSMenu on the R4 using R4YSauto.

please I need to be sure, I´ve already lost a DSTT because of the fake killer, I got a new one which is a fake too, and I don´t want it to die, because I don´t have any other flashcart for use the restore program, is this REALLY safe in a fake DSTT? please I need to know

you can restore the broke fake just use the fixed 1.16 kernel or this fixed 1.17 one or the 1.15 that does not have the killer code in I have the safe 1.15 shared .. here

it may take a couple of goes to get the recovery program loaded but you CAN recover using a card that has been corrupted with the FAKE killer code

just put the TTDS.bin file in the root of your memory card with the recovery nds file and run it when it prompts you to swap cards ... just don't swap if that's the broken card and it will recover it!

or use your working fake with the 1.15 kernel I have linked too above and then run the recovery and swap it to the broken card when prompted and recover just dont ever put the updates on from the TTDS website including their 1.15 as they have switched it recently for a KILLER version too

just grab the fixed updates from here in future .... although the 1.16 and the 1.17 don't really fix anything great gamewise only some JAP games ..the 1.17 version includes a clock but as Bri said elsewhere WHO NEEDS A DAMN CLOCK when you cannot even see it during games and most people have a watch anyhow lol!
