It's a backhanded semi-insult way to express her jealousy that guys don't have to worry about the size of their asses unless they're super fat. I wouldn't worry about it.
Even guys who work out a lot don't tend to have very big butts (which is probably a good thing), but if when you look in the mirror it looks kinda flat or droopy you might wanna hit the gym.

Wow, never even heard of that type of weight metric. What country are you from? Nvm just checked Wikipedia and it says 14lbs = 1 stone right? you were 18 stones before so, 18x14=252 wow. You were really fat :S But you lost quite a bit of weight. about 70 lbs which is amazing.
Get some junk in that trunk. No, not that kind of junk. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
