doesn't spawn naturally, you evolve it from Dolliv with a sun stone.
Smoliv --> Dolliv --> Arbolovia

Zapapico is left of electric gym next to the crater the NPC is a old lady asking if you wanna trade, theres no gym in Zapapico

edit its a old lady for violet version so looking for a guy on scarlet.

just a guess, but maybe those if it is activated when generating the egg and not exactly when hatching it should work?

it should be before the egg is gen... if i remember you needed to either have a mark shiny cheat or go into pkhex and make them shiny before hatch

I actually just found 5 yellow ones in the lake area for the titan and nothing happens when I pulled the fifth, so maybe more than that? but I also can't find the seal door anywhere, I did find one that looked kinda like lime green but not sure if it's the yellow door or not. Lighting and colors are a bit off in this game even on switch.

there is 8, lime green is the yellow door, you get a small cut scene when you pull the last one

PkHex for every main game has released day 1. Hopefully the same for Scarlet and Violet.
