Pokemon SV : What are foods effects meaning?

Hello,

I've noticed a new gameplay feature in gen ix
Apparently, you can buy food in restaurant and they'd have an effect
Anyone knows their meaning?
For example, Encounter Power : Electric lv.1
What does it mean? That i have more chances of encountering electric pokemon? If so, what does lv.1 means? Is it some sort of xp? If i order more of it, does it increase further the chances?

Also, Exp. Point Power : Rock, is it some sort of xp multiplier for rock type?

Anyone had a datamining with description of all these effects?
