Screen going horrible RTX 3060

I have this Asus Dash f-15 gaming pc, and recently, like a month or two ago i started getting this issue:

This happens with many games, but never with others like yuzu or cemu, tried reinstalling the GForce experience app, reinstalled the driver, any one who faced same issue ??

Did you use DDU?

I was playing red dead redemption 2 yesterday for over 2 h the game was open, then i decided to record a kill i did so i pressed "record what happened" i noticed it was not active !
as soon as i activated it, the game lagged, then the screen started flickering, so i think i have an issue with xbox game bar, or the record what happened feature, cause it keeps saying : your out of video memory.
Any ideas ? @haxorhs

Try GpuMemTest or FurMark to stress test the RAM on the card and see if you get any errors. If you do then RMA the card.

What are the temps of your CPU/GPU when this happens. That's usually what occurs when things get to hot and are beginning to fail. Try underclocking your cpu or gpu and see if that fixes the issue. Maybe the gpu has issues with the boost clock speeds and since yuzu and cemu are mainly cpu bound it is not occuring as the gpu isn't using boost.

EDIT:
You can use throttle stop to underclock/undervolt the cpu and use msi afterburner to underclock the cpu. Voltages for the gpu are usually locked on notebook gpus so if that's the case your only option is to lower the clocks a little bit until the issue goes away.
If it's an overheating issue you may want to try applying new thermal past to your gpu/cpu.

That message in RDR is a bug introduced in an update. A lot of people get that message popping up often. That said, you still have the other issues. I'd try a full/clean uninstall of Nvidia drivers/software in safe mode using DDU, then reinstalling with the latest. Could also try uninstalling/reinstalling the game bar. Or join Xbox Insiders program for windows and try the insider builds of the game bar and gaming services.

Thanks all for every suggestion, foe now, i fixed it by deactivating windows " record what happened" no issues at all, weird one, i think its a windows issue, i hate reinstalling it, might mose few files, plus i have work, not in the mood for a fresh install, gonna keep trying with record what happened off, will let you know in few days.

If that's the case you can remove the game bar and reinstall it. Doesn't usually require a full reinstall of Windows.

I would do as others have suggested and try a clean install of the nvidia drivers to rule that out. If it still happens after that stress test the card for errors.

Did you try the Insider build of the Game Bar?
