Ah right. I got this just a few minutes after I was banned only in game

And bringing the banned account to another switch should not ban that second switch too.

You should be able to access the eshop again and redownload purchased games etc

However playing splatoon 3 with that account on the new switch is a big NO, you gotta start over with a new account

Even if you delete the savegame your account is flagged, i don't know the answer but i would not risk it

Can you please try copying and renaming 44CFD4BD0B42FF96.txt to EF671755F0AF65E3.txt and see if that works? Because v1.2.1 was such a minor update, I don't expect the addresses to have changed.

yes deleting your save data will not do anything. i’ve done extensive testing on this already. your nintendo account (not NNID!) is FLAGGED and BANNED from ever playing splatoon 3 ever again, no matter what you do. i have managed to “ban evade” in certain ways as to not completely lose all the progress you’ve made and salvage some of it, however there’s no way to truly unban your nintendo account

That lets it connect but now I just get 'no results found' for every search. Seems like the addresses changed after all.

Yes. I am on a new Switch. All my games and saves work. Eshop is accessible etc.

You can unlink account on all consoles on nintendo website
Edit: once per year
Then after that you can login on another console as primary account

It says that you need both consoles connected to the internet to do so, so with a banned switch it would not work right?

Well, i think another method is this:

you can unlink your nintendo account from the banned console using the official nintendo website, should be in the shop settings on your account page or something.
Once you do that, if you use that account on the new switch you can get your old saves from the cloud... if you have nintendo online on that account and the saves were uploaded before the ban, that is.

But personally, once i get my second switch and it should come during this week, im going to hack that too and use JKSV to get all my old saves back ( except Splatoon 3, NOT touching that again )
faster and easier.

system transfer inst required, all you need is to get your saves from the cloud. a transfer is needed for splatoon 2, and the pokemon games tho
