If you can find the difference in the two, it's just adding or subtracting that from the old cheats

This means there is error in the file. Loading will stop when error appears so if no code loaded then error is at the very beginning and you don’t even have a single line of code that is good.
If you see some code that means the code above the last code is good and the last code is at least partially good

All you need to be able to see code loaded:
Nothing other than 8 hex digit and white space outside of a label

Use a hex editor to examine your file if nothing is loaded. You may have have some invisible character before [

I am away from home and can not help to examine your file

When you have too many code then the list will only be partially loaded and the last code may not be good

The error msg you posted says you tried to load not from that. Breeze let you load cheats from atm too but you didn’t choose that option

you can try the Rebase feature in tomSwitch Edizon SE
it works with pointers, i had sucess with it with some Pointer cheats, not sure if static cheats work with it

for ASM cheats you can try Interactive ASM Cheats Updater
Dump the Main File from the base game or title update that has old cheats and dump the Main from the update you want to play in
use NxDumptool homebrew NRO in switch to get main files
or NCA/NSP/XCI To LayeredFS in PC
or FFHOME NSGame Manager 9.6 in PC , no english Menu though

your codes exceed the file limit, remove the cheats you dont need and try again, also try and use Zing overlay to load cheats, or Breeze

are you sure that the cheats are all static?
there seems to be a huge difference between 7th and 8th, 23rd and 24th. 24th and 25th, when the difference between 22nd and 23rd and most of the cheats is only +0×1000

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get it to work. I was able to track down a normal movement speed code, but then I realized that since I am doing this in Yuzu, that's probably why it isn't working. I'll try it out on my Switch soon and see if it works on there.

For anyone who finds this in the future, this is what I ended up trying to use (top line is supposed to be the movement speed restoration):

The limit is with atm. Unless you use a fork you cannot avoid the limits.

Most of the time big ass cheat file is mostly having lots of inventory hacks which you only need to use once. You can easily just toggle them and be happy with the result for the most of them

The red text shows that you have exceeded the total enabled opcode, toggle and you will be fine

Expanding the limit is a one line change but memory is limited so you risk instability

Have not seen anybody exceed the opcode limit per cheat. The commonly exceeded limit is total number of cheats and total opcode enabled

Just change the number and recompile. Don’t know how far you can go with that, memory is limited and time is limited

The limits are as follows:
MaxCheatCount = 0x80; Search for this line and change it to have more cheats
uint32_t opcodes[0x100]; Search for this line and change it to give you more codes per cheats
MaximumProgramOpcodeCount = 0x400; Search for this line and change it to give more total codes

Each enabled opcode eats up time and have too many and the game will be starved. Toggle the code that only needs to be executed once is a smart thing to do
