Modded sd card on patched switch

Just seen an interesting marketplace ad on Facebook.

A modded switch sd card which works on any switch to play all games

The picture looks like tinfoil and is connected to a shop.

He has said a temp patch is installed on boot and then can download any game.

Is this possible on a patched switch?

The only way to get free games is to have cfw. The only way an ipatched unit can have cfw besides modchip is if it has ofw 4.0 and runs the pegascape exploit method

There is a way. But this requires a relatively low firmware. But i doubt that this console is on 4.1.0 or lower.

That is fake. There is no way to hack any Switch with just an SD card or with a "temp patch".
