And? Can't you provide any detail at all to what might be, or what might've caused this issue?
Do you have cfw installed? If so, can you access Luma3DS by holding "select" on boot, and GodMode9 by holding "start" on boot?
And try powering the system without the sd card inserted and see if it takes you to the home menu.

Well, i see a blue led there so that's some good indication.
