If you have files based emunand, yes. If you have partition based, I find it easier to copy the hidden partition with MiniTool Partition Wizard. Then copy the rest of the files like normal. A small price to pay to avoid corruption.

if you don’t want to get low level with disk partitioning you can use something like Emutool to move you emunand partition.
