What game are you trying to play?
What CFW are you running and what version?
What FW are your Emu- and Sys- nands running?

Great. Everything is up to date.

The fact that none of them are working is a big clue.

What is your autonogc setting in /bootloader/hekate_ipl.ini
What is your nogc setting in /atmosphere/config/system_settings.ini

Your Automatic No Game Card is set to 1. This means your game card will be patched out to avoid burning fuses. If you don’t care about these sorts of things you can try setting it to 0.

Check out the full readme here:

https://github.com/CTCaer/hekate

autonogc=10: Disable, 1: Automatically applies nogc patch if unburnt fuses found and a >= 4.0.0 HOS is booted.

Any reason you don’t just play from a backup of the game and just do away with cartridges altogether?

If you’re hell bent on playing phisical games we can keep looking into it but all digital is the way to go.

Please post the contents of your /bootloader/hekate_ipl.ini as well as the name and contents of any .ini files in /atmosphere/configs/

i was actually trying to do that now, i was originally gonna copy my nintendo folder to the emunand but i dont have enough space. i want to know if i should use XCI or NSP, and if im gonna use NSP should i dump my prod.keys from my sysnand?

Your cartridge games have downloaded updates/dlc that didn't transfer when you created your emunand. that's why its asking to dl shit. if you want to use carts, then download the updates/dlc for it in tinfoil or grab them from elsewhere and install to emunand.

alternatively, you can edit your SD/emummc/Emummc.ini and change "nintendo_path=emuMMC/RAW1/Nintendo" to
"nintendo_path=Nintendo" this should work.

use nsp, yes dump prod.keys from sysnand

So the thing with Mario Kart is it's actually right, I had the same error even on stock sysNAND, it just needs a certain update to work. Just grab the latest update and install it, then it will start. Here's a tutorial for USB installation, so you don't have to copy the files to your SD first: https://rentry.org/NSUSBInstall

You don't need your keys for installation for all I know, nevertheless it doesn't hurt to have them backed up, if so dump them from sysNAND with https://github.com/shchmue/Lockpick_RCM

Regarding this, create a file called stratosphere.ini at SD/atmosphere/config (if the folder doesn't exist create it aswell) containing the following:

[stratosphere]
; To force-enable nogc, add nogc = 1
; To force-disable nogc, add nogc = 0

nogc = 0

(Alternatively edit the template at SD/atmosphere/config_templates and copy it over to the config folder.)
Then reboot your Switch if you didn't access the SD either via taking it out or using hekate UMS.
