Does your Wii U still say "Autobooting..." when you power it on? If so are you able to press home while this is shown? That should allow you to bypass the Wii U menu and go directly to the homebrew launcher. In case that works we could try to solve the corruption (or whatever it is) from there.

No I can't do anything but my gamepad is always working

I had installed smash bros for Wii but I uninstalled it some hours before that happens. When I have access to the gamepad boot menu but anything else put Wii u logo and seconds later error 160-0103 the system is corrupted but I really don't understand. In the bubble 1 it says that my system is 5.5 u
Good news, a new exploit just got released that should allow you to unbrick the console. Check the front page.
It doesn't have the functionality you need just yet, what you really need is a way to modify the NAND data, but the exploit is certainly capable of that.

Ok, I'll try that before soldering with my Chromebook. I don't really understand the usb thing, I need an usb to usb cable?

Pico hovers around $5 USD I believe. Definitely worth the investment to potentially unbrick your console
I'll first continue with the soldering, (if I find a way to unvis the y Nintendo vis :( ) If it don't work I'll maybe buy this

Wupserver can modify NAND files, just needs a PC with wupclient.

bought that yesterday. with shipping and tax, less than $10.
I guess I'm gonna buy it, it's just 5$ but shipping 15$.. but sorry I'm worried because my phone wire got cut, my Wii u system got damaged, my usb got bricked.. (idk) my PC battery just got out of date, my only windows 10 got damaged and flashing don't works, my 3ds got stealed, my switch is patched, my SNES is not working (I don't really care) my Wii don't read cd's ( I don't care too but man like all of my things don't work. The only electronic that work In my house is my Wii and my Chromebook. All those things popped out before summer and like I want to have a good summer 😭😭 so I am really worried with electronic this week.. I spent all my money on a Wii u.. so I can't repair all of this

Wiis are cheap, USB cables are cheap, batteries wear out, that's just a given but at least you can still use the laptop, my laptop doesn't even have a battery in it, I just use it wired. Your Windows 10 issue is most likely a dead HDD, you might have a spare drive laying around you can use. The SNES is probably fixable - for retro consoles like this there's typically a wealth of repair info online and your issue might be a known issue that's happened to many people, so there might even be full guides on fixing it saving you the trouble of fault finding yourself. Could be something as simple as dead capacitors that need replacing, which are cheap to buy. They are a bit of a pain to remove though so most people cut them off and then desolder the legs. Can't do much about the stolen 3DS or patched Switch though.

Thanks.. but it's a 2003 laptop 💀 still ok to use but for emulation, I pass. And for the Wii usb and SNES I already have . It's just not really useful because I already have dolphin and things like that and my grandpa just died 💀 why so much bad luck before summer 💀
