No, there's no way to increase that partition.
Your only options are to use a non-Xbox formatted Hard Drive to work around it, or suck it up and deal with the 16 GB limitation.

well that crazy cause i have all my roms on my xbox and works great and it over 16 GB limitation

If it’s retail I do not believe you until I see proof I know it’s not possible to go over 16gb atm for a fact

I assumed he was not on a series s or X but yes when I ftp into series X it is 30gb also he never mentioned retail or dev
