fusee.bin doesnt load, brings up a fatal errror - is fusee bin the best option to load a switch?

using hekate/atmosphere i then have to go to hekate/launch and syscfw

Where do I actually put roms once Ive set everything up and do they need to be installed once they are moved in this location? Also can I use tinfoil to install them? Thanks!

Yes, you can use tinfoil to install them, that's what I used to install mine, I just put them in the root of my SD and told tinfoil where they were.

I see the option In hekate to create an Android partition but will that break my Emunand Install meaning I need to re do that or can hekate adjust partition sizes without breaking things?

That's not an issue as long as you can juggle between using 2 SD cards although you should be aware that the SD card slot on the Switch is prone to breaking very easily.

Hekate is superior to fusee. You'd only use fusee if you're an Atmosphere purist.

I only recommend updating if there is a game or other content that requires 14.X and as far as I'm aware, no such game exists as of yet. Remember that most issues happen when updating so always save updating as a last resort.

They can go anywhere on the SD card since most title installers have you browse your SD card to install games. I also highly recommend using TinWoo Installer to install all of your games instead. Its what I personally use and I never have any issues while using it.
 
Hey new to modding I was wondering if there is a good way to install something like retroarch so that I can access it from the main menu I read about changing it to an nsp or using something called ulaunch or something called forwarder and I am not sure what the drawbacks/problems of these things are
 
Hello I'm a noobie in the modding switch. I have a issue with my switch. I accdentally downgraded my software from version 14.1.1 to 11.0.1. After I downgraded I launch atmosphere but it only showed the atmosphere logo and then show a black screen. Do you know an solution to this problem? Your help will be greatly appreciated.(also I'm using a modded chip Nintendo switch OLED RCM patch device)

Well that was fun, my advice to anyone who even remotely thinks they might want to run Android at some point is to make your Partition at the time of creating Switch CFW, even if you dont actually install Android at that point.

Ive just had to export 150gb of data from my SD card to then be able to create an Android Partition and then import that 150gb back to my SD!

how did you "Accidentally" downgrade to 11.0.1? its a fairly lengthy process, not a simple task one could accidentally do.

Also the reason why I downgraded my firmware is because I couldn't launch or install tinfoil. When I tried to install tinfoil it was keep on getting error code 2016-0060. I check on google how to fix this issue people said that if I downgrade my firmware to 11.0.1 it should fix the issue. Unfortunately it didn't resolve my issue.

Restore your backup that you made when you first got/modded your switch.

I have rebuild the structure nintendo switch files by using EmmcHaccGen. But there's a problem i cant launch tegraexplore payload on my oled switch. When i try to launch the payload tegraexplore it just turns the screen to black. If anyone have any advice on how to fix this issue please reply. Your help will be gratefully appreciated.
