Hacking Emulation POPS on PSP/Vita - Config Research

Hi guys,

I don't understand this topic. Every PS1 game i've played on the Vita through Adrenaline worked perfectly (apart Legacy Of Kain Soul reaver...).

So many of you had problems with PS1 games on Vita ?!

You just didn't play the games he fixed because that was impossible to do.

"The Lion King - Simba's Mighty Adventure" (PS1)
Game ID: SLUS-01282
Issue: the ground is invisible on stage 1. Simba can't pass way.

"Worms Armageddon" (PS1)
Game ID: SLUS-00888
Issue: game doesn't work

I have had a look at trying to get the USA version of "The Lion King - Simba's Mighty Adventure" to work, but unfortunately I couldn't figure it out, so decided to test out the Eur version Game ID: SLES-03267. So if you are wanting to play that game, it definitely works. As I only saw the part that you are talking about and haven't played all the way through, I'm not sure if it fares 100% through, but maybe you could play it and let me know if it is fine as since now The_Ho has done up the patches for Valkyrie Profile and am playing that at the moment.

Both games work on Original from Flash having 6.61 firmware with Popsloader v4i.

I'm Rafael Matias. I found this eboot about 11 years ago.
This eboot works but it is limited. It don't have the game's cutscenes and don't save your new weapons that you gain along the game.

Yeah, that's what I was talking about. I had the same problem and looked into trying to fix it, but couldn't figure it out, but if you play the EUR version, it will work and you will get past that part, so that you can walk on the ground. I played it past that point and completed the level.

Oh okay, sorry I didn't realise that it was you. I guess I was just trying to be helpful. I will look into it and see if I can maybe find a fix for it.

I thought that all eboot versions of this game had the same "no ground problem".

I just reading the video comments that I sent to you and I just tried the PrimalGod's tip.
Bang! The USA version worked fine on stage 1 until the end like magic!
I switched the disk speed to fast mode and the problem was solved (at least on first stage).

Bang! The USA version worked fine on stage 1 until the end like magic!

I remade my copy of The Lion King and tried to send it to you, but unfortunately it doesn't work on here.
It's really unfortunate as well, as I design and customize all the games when creating the Eboots.

Oh okay, I now see what you mean. I just tested with the fast disc speed mode. You see, I've looked everywhere on how to get that game to work and didn't find anything about it, which is why I came up with that idea to get it to work. I guess it was just a thought and changing the disc load speed is much better than changing the ID.
I haven't found anyone who explains to change the speed of the disc of any game, which is why I have never bothered with that option. Thanks heaps though!

@The_Ho Would you be able to do something with the famous Star Wars: The Phantom Menace? It's not working under Adrenaline at all. I swear, if you'll make it work...
