How do you unlock these forums?

I found this link to a forum: https://gbatemp.net/forums/others-giving-trading.160/, but it says that I am restricted from viewing that forum. Anyone please can tell me how do I unlock the forum?

I also don't think Ask counts since it's not technically part of the forum. And of course blogs don't count.

Introduction posts count towards your count now actually. They made that change a fair while ago from what I can tell.
