FIFA 19 giving "could not start software" error

I'm trying to play FIFA 19, and I'm getting the "could not start software" error. I have no idea how to fix it. I own the cartridge, and it works find on stock CFW, but I want it to work on my emuMMC so I can modify it.

- Atmosphere and Hekate are both up to date
- Latest Sig patches
- Tried putting into maintenance mode to clear cache
- Tried booting with fusee I noticed that on the previous Atmosphere patch notes it mentions FIFA 19 but I'm not sure if it's been resolved?

Any help would be appreciated.

Where did you download the patches from? Not all places have the updated patches.
