I never felt that it was at 60fps more than the interface. Games have fps drops due to the number of patches to solve problems

this isn't how it works just because the app itself supports 60FPS doesn't mean the games do. OOT isn't suddenly 60FPS no its locked to its default 20FPS. same is true for just about every emulator ever.

Using PAL60=1 in the .meta file (NTSC-PAL) is possible, though it will cause audio acceleration. So yes, patches affect fps.

I mainly created this cheat to use with my 1080p mod because at unlocked frame rate the console gets really hot.
DON'T USE 1080p MOD WITH UNLOCKED FRAMERATE (60 FPS)!
