Is there a 2DS XL IPS screen mod?

I’ve seen IPS mod for GBA which is considered as old hardware, but the mod is exists

But i can’t find it for 2DS XL, the 2DS XL is a good console imo, it is just the screen that have pale looking color, IPS mod could be lifesaver for this, but i cant find it anywhere

Is there a reason for this 2DS XL IPS mod not existing?

Its not a mod of anything. Its actual Hardware you would need of a new screen.

There is nothing that would prevent you from ordering a New 3DS XL IPS screen and trying that out. It would only work if the ribbon pinout matches (very likely).

Be aware that the N3DS IPS screen is not much better than TN however. All the LCDs in all 2/3DS models are shit.

Sorry, don't have one. It's a little of a gamble to find IPS N3DS XL's so i guess they are also rare as replacement parts.

And to be clear. I have not tried this before. I recommend you compare N3DS XL and N2DS XL screens via pictures to see if this will work (dimensions). I think it should because it would save Nintendo lots of money reusing the same parts.

The N2DSXL screen is alot more thiner and very fragline
