I might be way too early to this but has anyone tried it on switch? I'd love to be able to add cars and clothes like we could in the mobile version

You need to check the cheat code section (private group) i have just added portland garage mod where you can select any vehicle, ive also done infinite health, money, never wanted, max wanted level, infinite ammo all weapons, another user has added infinite armor, no car damage.

its worth checking as i am still working on the game to find more cheat codes.

normal mods for the GTA TrologyE should work with the switch version with layerdfs not all tho but this person did a overlay for the trilogy on the switch:

its not out yet but it should be out anytime soon probably tomorrow, im really looking forward for this project

sysdvr has a patch that enables recording in games that dont support it. install that patch and it might be possible.

it doesnt work this way. the other gta games have other memory adresses you need to edit.
you cant just compile it and expect it to work

also, afaik the author will release theoverlay for the other games too, you just have to be patient

check here, as we are making cheat codes for GTA games, I am currently working on GTA3 and Xtatu is working on San Andreas.

No modding required, just turn the codes on/off like an Action Replay.

sysdvr has a patch that enables recording in games that dont support it. install that patch and it might be possible.

UE4 configs have option for enabling video recording. Don't remember exact name, but I am sure there was a line for it in GTA configs with value False.

This game doesn't even use full RAM and chokes. So I think enabling video recording on short plays won't do anything bad. It may be an issue in long sessions though.

one mod i would like to see is to increase its draw distance, cant believe how much they have had to dumb this game down for the switch.

they might as well have ported the ps2 version as it doesnt run as bad as this, and this was R*s first 3d gta game using new hardware.
