so whenever i open up the tesla menu, the cheats are nowhere to be found, nothing in edizon either

likely a syntax error in the cheat file. look for open and close brackets for each title and other syntax... if you can't find it, post the file

I tried activating the cheats for the Oak Letter and the Member Card, and while I do get the items, the event don't seem to trigger. Is this normal behaviour ? It seems to be implemented, from videos I found online, but I can't get it to work

correct, the event doesn't get triggered yet. there's a post about this in the last page.

there needs to be [] around the cheat title. but maybe you're missing one? otherwise the file is too larger or there is a syntax error somewhere. i can't guess without seeing the file

No. There is event triggers we need which arent in the game atm you will need either pkhex or serious modding

you need brackets around the cheat names. Also that is for version 1.0, not 1.1 which is the latest.
