Best tool to verify your dumped nsp's?

What is the absolute best tool to verify your nsp dumps (signature and content) against internal hashes or any available external databases?
I've tried several tools that attempt to do this but they all seem to have stopped development, and some provide conflicting results when verifying signatures or hashes.

Thanks. I have been using it too but it doesn't check hases.

Just install them. If you have an eMMC backup, you have nothing to worry about.
