ROM Hack Question Unpack Ring Fit .pack files

I'm trying to extract Ring's spoken dialogue. Couldn't find their voice clips in the 'Sounds' folder, but after inspecting the 'Pack' folder, it seems like their voice files are in there, but locked away in .pack files. I tried opening those with Winrar, also tried repairing them with Winrar, but the file won't open. Does anyone have a relatively simple means of extracting the contents from these .pack files?

How would I go about running this? I tried to run these .py files in Python, but nothing happens. I'm quite new too these things and the Github page doesn't really explain how to actually decompress files.

That opened up the pack, thanks! Leaves me with a bunch of .bin files I don't know what to do with, so I'll just let it go for now. Getting a bit too complicated for me lol. Thanks a lot for the help!
