Alright so I know it's pretty obvious this account was made for this purpose only, but I came here to ask something. So let's say I install a backup via Goldleaf. If I load into OFW, will it ban me as soon as I load in? (not actually launching/updating the game). Question before I mod my switch tomorrow

If you hacked your switch correctly you shouldn't see games on your OFW unless your sysnand is dirty and 9/10 times if you are connected to the internet you would eventually get banned,

Thanks. I'm always going to be offline in CFW, so I'm not very worried, just wanted confirmation

And with # number spoofing (incognito)?

You cannot connect to Nintendo online server if you used incognito and they won't know about your Switch.

The incognito isn't recommend for beginners, tho.

Keep everything, even pirated contents in EmuNAND and block all online connection with Nintendo server.

Installing a game adds a ticket and entry for the game into your app database. Your app database and all your installed tickets are sent to Nintendo via telemetry whenever there's a connection. If you have bad tickets or homebrew apps in your app database you will get banned. Doesn't matter if you never run the game, doesn't matter if you're offline while booted into CFW, if those fake tickets and app records are on your Switch while connected to the internet Nintendo will find out. This is why people only install home brew or pirated games while in emuNAND which remains permanently offline, so that when they go online in sysNAND there's no fake tickets or illegal app entries to transmit to Nintendo.

I would rather not prolong this post, but I'd like to ask if 90dns is working properly. I set up the DNS properly, and then when I click the E-Shop it does not display an Error message like the page said it would, it says "Could not load the page." Am I doing something wrong or am I fine?

There are a number of ways of testing if 90DNS is working properly:
You can use the 90DNS Tester, a Windows application. It'll check if 90DNS can be used in your connection (sometimes your ISP hijacks DNS).
You can also use the Switch 90DNS Tester, a homebrew for your Switch (it doens't work on the latest system updates, though).
You can also setup 90DNS as the default DNS for your router/PC and test by entering 90dns.test on your preferred browser. It'll notify you if 90DNS it's working - it it's not, it'll simply not load the page.

If you want to be extra safe, you should setup Atmosphère DNS.mitm service. To do so, read this. It'll block Nintendo's telemetry regardless if 90DNS is active or not.

I've done all the tricks they mentioned and i still got banned, i bought a second switch and keep my banned switch on custom firmware. Their is no real safe way if you're worried.

For info 90DNS Tester does work on latest ams and horizon.

There is always a risk of getting banned when hacking a console.

Hard to say. Back in the day before emunand, I had NSPs installed on my sysnand and I never got banned. Maybe I'm lucky. Dunno.
