Yesterday I was playing the new disgaea without any problems, I charged the switch and went to sleep. Today I woke up and found my switch wouldn't turn on. I tried booting again, the pc recognices the console, boot the payload and the atmosphere logo appears, then another logo I had never seen and then a black screen with "charging" logo on the top left corner (picture so you can see) I don't understand what happened, what can I do to fix this?

Looks like your battery is very low. Charge it for a few hours through the AC adapter (with the console turned off fully, not in RCM) and try again.

Well...if you see a "charging" logo, it should be self-explanatory on what the issue is and how to resolve it.

I had no idea what was going on. I had to reinstall everything for it to work, so, yeah, how's that self explanatory? and why did it deplete the battery when the night before it was at 100%? it has not happened again and I don't have to charge it every day, so I really don't know what happened.

What else would a battery icon indicate? And it can happen if a console has AutoRCM enabled but is not turned off properly or is unknowingly powered on.
