ROM Hack Question Is there a way to change MHR Hunter name with editor etc?

No. Even MHW can't do any name change. New save for a new name.

1 Backup your save with checkpoint or JKSV
2 Delete save in system
3 Start a new game,name your character and make a new face.Cat and Dog doesn't matter,they will be covered
4 Backup your new save
5 Put data001Slot.bin from your first save into second one,this is your character's game data including every thing without your hunter information
6 Restore your second save and enjoy

i injected the super start set from tinfoil
save the file using JKSV
it has a total 34 files

data00-1.bin
data001Slot.bin
data002Slot.bin
data003Slot.bin
SS1_data001Slot.bin
SS1 = 2-12, 304-312,
SS4 etc etc

i created my new game with my ign it 3 slots as well, it has only 4 files
its working lots of weapons 99999 gold and blue coin

but im curious why it has only 4 files? while the other one (super starter save has 11 files)
also i tried to copy this but i cant tell the difference at all

so is it better with the 34 files or the 4 files?
