There's is no cheat to hack the actual FPS of the game. Only the Framerate Limit.
You can only Increase the Actual FPS by Overclocking or Reduce Graphics Effects/Resolution.

How to reduce Graphic effects ?

Are you playing on Emulator or on Switch Console? Because I don't experience this "Below 30 FPS drop" on my Switch(Handheld Mode 540p) Overclocked at 1785/921/1600 Mhz.

Yup, that's 756p, Heavy for the Switch.
Consider using ReverseNX-Tool by the OP Himself and put it in Handheld Mode while You're playing Docked to downscale the graphics from 756p to 540p which increases Performance over Quality.

I don't have that TID Installed but you can try it since the codes looks similar to USA/EUR and ASIA/JP. Just make sure it's v3.0.0
