ROM Hack Safely Dump/Rip Switch Games

So I want to dump legit games on my Nintendo switch to my pc but I want to make sure I'm doing it safely and legit. I have a few questions. What Homebrew app would I use? What is the risk of my switch being banned if I were to dump on emmc with 90DNS on. Can I rip digital games too? What is the average size of switch dumps (lets say a normal game, like arms or smo)?

You can use NXDumptool. It is nearly impossible to quantify the risk and 90DNS plays no role in preventing bans because it technically delays them. Digital games can be dumped as well. It is also impossible to give the size of average Switch games because some are smaller than 1 GB while others are over 20 GB.

SwitchSDTool is a much better tool to dump games directly to your PC. Only good enough to dump digital games
