Homebrew Twiglight Menu++ and Forwarders lead to ErrDisp error

Hi, I was trying to install Twilight Menu++, and noticed that whenever I try and boot anything related to Twilight Menu++ from my home screen, it gives me an ErrDisp error.

An error occurred (ErrDisp)

Error type: generic

Process ID: 19
Process name: am

Error code: 0xc8804478

Press any button to reboot.


Moreover, none of the applications related to Twilight Menu++ cannot be uninstalled from Data Management in System Settings, because they don't even show up. If I remove the SD card, they still show up in the home menu. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
