Hacking Switch with dongle doesn't work but tegra yes

hello,

i've a problem with my switch,
my configuration is:
FW 11
SX OS 3.1.0 emunand 11 (sxos dongle with license)
Atmo 0.17.1 emunand 11 (sxos dongle payload.bin)

if i try to boot in cfw with the dongle it doesn't work, no rmc activate, the switch does'nt start;
if i try to boot in cfw with a pc with tegra it boot correctly in the both of system (sx and atmo)

the dongle i'm sure it's work beacause i have a second switch, and on this i'have no problem;
any idea?

Do both Switches have the same CFW version?
Maybe try to inject Lockpick_rcm to see if RCM is working.
lockpick does have no dependencies on the stuff on the SD card and should always boot up.

The SX OS license only allows for One device, maybe that's the problem.

Did you charge the dongle?
Sometimes you have yo reverse it in plugging to the Switch. Sometimes you have to wiggle it in a bit.

Press power + vol up for 2 secs
Then plug the dongle. Remove and plug again if it doesn't turn on. Wiggle it. Charge it.

Maybe try copying sd card from working switch (minus the Nintendo folder), to the sd card of non working switch.

Does the dongle have battery?
