@Digi_Ohhh for the max watts y poke dollars you can do your own cheats as there are no new cheats right now, here is a tutorial using Edizon:

For the always catch at least on my part the catch code that worked was the one by @takeyazakka the other one didn't work

Can't say I like asking, but if someone could
  • update the following for Sword v1.3.1
  • port these two to Sword v1.3.1 (provided they don't work already)
it would be much appreciated.
Thank you.

Also, I was wondering if (and how) “PokéBalls Always Catch” in the post after OP is different than “Catch Rate 100%” by takeyazakka

I searched for the code, but it was a waste of time.

[Power Points (PP) don't Reduce (v1.3.0] works as it is in v1.3.1.
[Max Wats (v1.3.1)] and [Max PokeDollars (v1.3.1)] work with Sword as they are.

I don't know because I can't try “Poké Balls Always Catch”, but my code only works in the wild, so that might be the difference.

Could someone make a Shiny Encounter code for dynamax adventures/lairs? I saw that other Pokémon codes (IVs, abilities, gender) were possible with dynamax adventures, is it possible to do this for lairs as well?

Is there an app like the ACNH tool spawn in which you can make pokemon and insert them into the game? like a pokemon gen where you can edit their stats, origin, blah blah

I have been busy with the real world.
*(I will get around to checking these pages & updating the main when I am next able to.)*

Some people noticed the methodology of the Catch Code was revised to fix an issue with the Catch Rate inconsistencies of the OG Catch Code method. The original method was a MEMORY EDIT CODE to replace the a single variable in the CATCH FORMULA. The variable was used for SPECIES CATCH RATE value (ie: the value which makes it easier to catch a Caterpie than Machamp.) The memory edit made this value HUGE however this was only a SMALL PIECE of the formula so it didn't work in all areas AND because it was made large it caused OVERFLOW errors in other scenarios.

Since this method was flawed and not 100%/Perfect, it was replaced in v.1.3.0 with a PROGRAMMING EDIT CODE... here's the information from the code hunter back on the v.1.3.0 thread:

[(v1.3.0) All pokeballs work like Masterball (on)]
04000000 008A7008 17FFFFF0
[(v1.3.0) All pokeballs work like Masterball (off)]
04000000 008A7008 54FFFE00

this code modifies the function "btl::Section_UseItem_Core::calcCapturePokemon"
Code:
if ( itemid == 1 || btl::Section::GetMainModule(this)->m_setupParam->bMustCapture )
{
pIsCaptured = true;
pYureCount = 3; //number of shakes
return;
}
it forces the code to skip the check and always set pIsCaptured to true.

The TLDR: the updated code replaced the one that wasn't 100% in all scenarios with one that IS 100% in ALL possible scenarios.

@Th3Alic3, thank you for the information!
So what about this code?

[(v1.3.1) All pokeballs work like Masterball (off)]

If that's a port of @Falo for v1.3.0 to v1.3.0, then it will be perfect. I am too busy right now in life to test anything.

Here's the conditions for testing if a PERFECT CATCH code works in Sword & Shield.
  1. Edit Your Save Data so you have a PROMOTED (MUST BE PROMOTED) GMAX (MUST BE GMAX) Pokémon.
  2. Defeat it Solo! (I typically use a Lv. 100 Mewtwo with Auto-KO enabled)
  3. Catch with a Beast Ball (MUST BE BEAST BALL)
  4. If successful, repeat test 2 more times.
A proper Catch Code will work under the conditions of a PROMOTED GMAX with a BEAST BALL every time. If the Cheat modifies anything other than what @Falo's PROGRAMMING CHEAT CODE does... this test will statically never catch 3 times in a row. (Due to how the Promoted GMax Raids change the base catch formula.)

You should not think of Animal Crossing as a video game. You should think of it more like a Lego playset setup in a playroom. When you save the game, the entire Island's configuration is saved. The tool ACNH is a save file editor. So, it's able to edit everything in the save file.

Actual video games (such as Sword & Shield) do waste time storing ALL that extra data. Instead, like the majority of games on the market, Sword & Shield generate as MUCH of the world data as possible with RNG so you will not see any data in the save file about which Wild Pokémon are visible in the tall grass. That's all RNG at launch.

There's cheats for replacing an Encountered Pokémon and/or specific attributes with the ones chosen with the cheat codes. This thread is devoted to Cheat Codes only.

Since you are new to the Pokémon series, there's a UNIVERSAL Save Editor called: PKHeX. It works with every single main title as far back as the GAMEBOY games.
