I am waiting for someone to answer my question about it excluding rest mode. I wants to know if it doesn't have had any kp without a rest mode ? Only 5.05 have no problem without a rest mode.

Its 6.72 so there is always a chance of KP when the kernel is being patched.
Thats why myself and other people suggest using rest mode. If you test rest mode and everything works ok that means that everthing exploited correctly and it will continue to work for as long as you want, until you fully shutdown the PS4.

Well, 20 coldboots so far, 20 success, no kp, with ps4-phive (cached, HEN 2.1.3b,), was using V10 before and had 2 kp over more than 50 coldboots, but I did “mess” a lot at this time trying “things “ as I’m a “newbie “ in PS4 “hack”.

100 % percent for me on Ps4 pro 7216b, (20 coldboot), no KP, rest mode perfect, Hen 2.1.3b

I have always defended KP may be caused by the webkit not the kernel exploit, is possible the webkit from Fire30 fails somehow randomly when applying the kernel patch, hence the new 7.02 not having KP at all, probably this new webkit to 7.02 can be ported to 6.72, since firmware 6.72 also has the exploit, but this ps-phive! by leeful is by far the best host for 6.72, no doubt about it.

Also regarding webkit from 6.72 just a wild guess, is it possible to check if exploit is successfully applied before running kernel exploit, like for instance it should reach value 1, if different from 1 halt from executing the kernel exploit and avoid a kernel panic, or I'm only saying nonsense after nonsense, since I'm not IT expert, but sometimes solutions can came from wild guesses.

and why forward 16 min is that how long it takes to load the exploit

7.02 not having kernel panics is a myth. I've had many kernel panics on 7.02. Admittedly they are very rare, nothing like they are on 6.72. I've also had the 'jailbreak failed' message but only twice in several hundred attempts.

that's what I've heard as well. they exist on 7.02 but are rare. a few people have mentioned getting a kernel panic on 7.02. I just got a kernel panic on 5.05 a couple hours ago, possibly from deploying all those theme dumping payloads. I didn't get a kernel panic then, but I think they carry over and are more prone when you deploy multiple payloads.

Sorry,but cant be the same experience, because on https://sleirsgoevy.github.io/ps4jb/index702.html i will get 1-2 KP in 10 Systemstarts (JB+Hen). With hakkuraifu over 100 Systemstarts without KP. Nobody can say me over 100 times will be by mistake.

Can you compare KP between 5.05 and 7.02? Should I update from 5.05 to 7.02?

Put ApplicationCache.db with the PS4-Explorer 1.27
to Folder: /user/system/webkit/webbrowser/appcache/
Delete all the other Files you will find in folder.

Sure, both can used Offline, also Online. Al Azif host can't overwrite it. Only Browser Web Data & Cache clearing will delete it.
