Hacking Question Some questions on getting a new switch

Hello,

A long while back, my switch was banned, and recently I've been thinking about getting a switch lite (for non-homebrew purposes). I don't want to accidentally get the switch lite banned as well, so I just want to ask a couple of questions.

1. I have game carts that I have used in the banned switch. Is it safe for me to use them in the switch lite?
2. I have a Nintendo account that I had used on the banned switch. I've since unlinked it from the banned switch through Nintendo's website. Is it safe for me to use this same account on the switch lite?

While searching, I couldn't find any concrete answers to these questions, and I wanted to have up-to-date info anyway, so that's why I'm making this thread. If this is something that should've been posted in the "SWITCH NOOB PARADISE" thread, or if these questions have been asked or resolved before then feel free to lock/remove this thread.

well, its probably a question for the noob thread, but from what i understand, nintendo doesn't really care if a different console on your account was banned before. so you should be fine with your old account.

I've heard of instances of people getting banned, buy a new unit, load up their old profile and then getting banned later down the road. But thats what I've heard, so take that for what it's worth
