I don´t use it for Piracy I have around 20 games what I play and that´s all. Using Retroarch most of the time. And play my own games

To all you that insist that Atmos doesn't enable Piracy out of the box, Either does SXOS Core/Lite!

not true. SXos is Piracy enabled out of the box. You can´t turn it on withouth boot.bin and boot.bin is already set up for piracy. Atmosphere needs Sigpatches for Piracy. And they are NOT included

Emulation is piracy, in case you didn't know. I doubt you dumped all the games yourself.

He was talking about the modchip itself. The modcjip does not enable piracy without the software

yes, I’m aware, but wasn’t sure what Draxzelex meant as the main TX site hasn’t been updated (only the SXOS microsite) and there were rumours that the 3.1.0 update was spiked. Why update the file but not the main site (which still references 3.0.5 as the latest)? Smells fishy

Not so fast. We got confirmation that the SX Core and SX Lite are no longer being produced from current factory. Allegedly more arrests have been made and this time in China. Now it's gonna be even harder to get them if at all. Stay tuned for the next episode. I would say hopefully rumors but Peggy herself said no mo...

Remember when Ninjhax came out for 3DS where it was strictly for Homebrew and tons of people were excited for it? It's silly to say that people don't use Atmosphere strictly for Homebrew.

Its used both ways.. the silly thing would be affirming 100% that atmosphere is only used for homebrew.. wich is not.
Heck i can say sxos is not for piracy just because sig patches come included.. people just use it to have their own backups as xci... whats bad with that ( aside nint code ).

If we all going to be honest here I have maybe 15 legit switch games on my switch lite and I have around of 1TB of pirated material from the switch.... Piracy or no piracy as long as you use your switch to fulfill your needs there isn't really an issue here.

On a side note I do play my switch lite more than my CFW switches because some games like Mario Kart 8 and Splatoon 2 are really online dependent. SXOS is far from dead since they recently released an update.

Its always ppl trying to compare the red pill to a blue pill. Its not about what comes out of its box, its what you do with it behind closed doors the sxos just does its thing with its doors wide open, but if you know your doing something not legitimate then its fair game to the other said pill. I know If I jailbreak something i'm only fooling myself to just use homebrew if its more capable than that. Nintendo hates everything related cfw, piracy or not if you haven't noticed alot of atmosphere tutorials have been purged on YT along with the our favorite switch hacking channels. Just b/c a dev or 2 doesn't condone to piracy doesn't mean anything to Nintendo's purge. Thank god Sony doesn't care lol b/c they know ppl will buy their consoles.

In Japan, it's illegal to do any sort of mod to your console apparently (including video capture for 3DS), and we know that is BS. As for the UK, they strictly ruled against SX OS due to it having piracy, they didn't rule against Atmosphere.

In the end, people who think that there aren't those who use Atmosphere strictly for homebrew features are just ignorant, and want to believe everyone who hacks are doing the same things as them.

I wouldn't say it's ignorance, rather a generalization. I'm willing to bet that the percentage of people who hack for purely legal reasons is very low
