Gaming Doom Eternal "software closed because an error occurred"

Hi All i'm running Hekate 5.1.2 as well as switch 9.2.0 AMS15 and I installed the doom eternal base NSP via goldtree v0.5. When I open the game i get the message 'software closed because an error occurred" Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks yall

What firmware does the game require?

Extract and rebuild the nsp to lower the requirements if possible.

I'm fairly new to all this so I'm not entirely sure how to lower the requirements of the NSP file. Unfortunately, I also do not know what firmware the game requires, trying to look for other forums with similar issues.

Game should require FW 11.0 if I am not wrong.

According to the game data you have to be on atleast 10.1.0 to run the base game.

Download the firmware from darthsternies and update via ChoiDujourNX pick the right option depending on how your SD card is formatted Fat32 or exFat.

so im actually running firmware 9.2 on AMS 0.10.3 lmao, its pretty old. Should I update? also, I do not have daybreak on my switch.
