I finally got it to work flawlessly. I'll be leaving the info here in case someone has the same problem.

....

Now the tricky part: inside the controllers folder I changed the file named 0079_1800.ini (or something like that, its the one regarding the mayflash wii u pro adapter) to the values listed below. It was mostly trial and error.

[Mayflash WiiU Pro Controller Adapter Editado - W009]
VID=0079
PID=1800
Polltype=1
MultiIn=2
MultiInValue=01
DPAD=1
DigitalLR=1
A=1,04
B=1,02
X=1,08
Y=1,01
Z=1,20
L=1,40
R=1,80
Power=2,01
S=2,02
Left=7,06
Down=7,04
Right=7,02
Up=7,00
RightUp=7,01
DownRight=7,03
DownLeft=7,05
UpLeft=7,07
StickX=3
StickY=4
CStickX=5
CStickY=6
LAnalog=0
RAnalog=0

And done! Now each one of the WUPC controls a player individually and at the same time!

Cheers!

lasry, just wanted to say that I appreciate you so much for two things - doing this bit of work / research / experiencing, BUT most importantly sharing what you did to get things working.

I was having similar issues with generic Wii U Pro Controllers on an install of Nintendont so my starting point wasn't exactly the same as yours, but pointing out that you were focusing on 0079_1800.ini got me to where I need to be.

I opened up my generic WUPC and noticed there was an '1802' printed on the board. So, after some trial and error, I ultimately changed the file name of 0079_1800.ini to 0079_1802.ini, changed the PID value to 1802, and deleted the 0079_1800.ini file.

I suspect this works for me because I have all the same generic controllers. A modified approach may be needed (e.g: not deleting 0079_1800.ini, for example) for somebody with a mix of generic and genuine controllers.

In any case, thank you very much for providing the info to point me in the right direction!

Hi mates , i have little bit strange issue , i got a game for example RE3 i injected it via VC injector and installed as WUP file ,
the game ran smooth with nothing wrong except that when i turn off the wiimote , and trying to play the game with WUPC , it will be connected , but not moving , with title please connect your controller , here's my WUPC pics below ,

Is there any thing i can for example during the injections of the iso in VC injector ?
or some kind of trick ?

Your support is highly appreciated , by the why im with you guys since the first web exploit till we have fully hacked wiiu :) and it's my first request .

Thanks for everything .

looks like a legit controller to me. I bought a second wii u pro controller that's supposed to be oem, but the back does look different from my original. both work with nintendont.

could be that the wiiu has too many registered controllers already and the bt code is way too far, try to resync the wiiu pro on the wiiu menuby press the sync button on the console/wiiupro controller.

also make sure to remove any usb controller if you have any like wiiu gc adapter and such and disconnect any extension from the wiimote like classic controllers/nunchuck/classic controller pro.

also my official wiiupro has a black screw on the battery, not sure if its enough to say maybe its doubtful an original one? or someone changed the screw? no idea.

Thanks for the feedback , i did actually what u told me , i unplugged any USB connected , and also remove the nunchuck from the wiimote , and reset the sycn of WUPC with wii u to ensure that's working , and what happened is that the wiimote's LEDs all for of them are on + WUPC P1 LED as well and also i can't move any thing on WUPC :(

I don't know what's the wrong :(

In regard your controller , u mean the screw that cover the battery ? i guess it's okay as long as it's working with ur device :)
and their alot of fake model , can u through some pic if u want to check them out ,

i know mine is official since i bought it new on an original retail eletronics store, i uspect that your wiiu pro to be fake, a good fake but fake, and nintendont doesnt work well with fakes/3rd partys.

all wiupro controllers i seen have a black screw on the battery cover yours does not like this see the screw

to make sure you is original just unscrew the battery cover and see if it has an official nintendo battery like this

maybe its just the camera angle, but it looks like your controller doesn't have a metal housing for the screw and is just plain plastic.

edit:
Also the sync button color seems off

and your nintendo logo is diferent on the battery, i think its a fake wiiupro imo, a good fake but a fake nonetheless.

fake controller dont ususaly work on homebrew so theres that most likely.

you can try to use it on not64 or wii64 to see if it works tough.

if it was when wiiu was in production then any store, now its manly just ebay and amazon used ones, you can always PM the seller to pop up the back cover of the battery and take a picture of the battery imo.
