Right now I'm looking into buying a Xbox One X off of Craigslist. The Console comes with quite a few downloaded games, many of which I'm interested in playing. However, I'm not sure how exactly game licenses work on Xbox One X. If I were to buy the console, could I delete the previous owners account and still be able to play the games he has installed using my own Xbox account? My second question is, is there a way to transfer the licenses and ownership for his games from his account to my own? That way I could redownload them if the console ever broke or if I buy an Xbox Series X. Finally, and this is a bit of a stretch, but his account has a few months left of Xbox Live Gold, and Xbox Game pass, could those be transferred to my account as well? I don't know the first thing about how game licenses work on Xbox One, so any help or advice is greatly appreciated.
