in theory you set the switch's ragion in the settings to your region you want.

but i myself wasn't able to install the DLC i wanted from the asian shops.

i changed the region and all but i'm not able to finish the purchase

If you are talking about payment you need an Argentina region credit card, Argentina's eshop card or an Argentina paypal account to make the payment.

i got the error (for dlc of super robot wars x) "the game is currently not availabel.

ah, the correct-region-payment-option may also blocked me, even if i didn't had to pay anything (dlc was a code with the game)

Assuming you enter the code for the correct region, can be tricky since it is a code not like an eshop card.
