thanks, you are right with the values you wrote me, it works

I don't quite understand your question. A tutorial for doing what in TempAR? There are already videos and a plethora of information about how to use TempAR to pointer search, and each of the code generators have information on how to use them written right there in the app. So, I'm not sure what you're meaning.

As for download link, it's in my signature. The newest version is not quite ready yet, though. I have a couple more things to add before it's ready.

Sorry @Yohoki ,don't understand me?
Instead of linking for videos and various information, i explain better, intended to make a tutorial on TempAr that explains well how to use it and then refer to that instead of always giving little information or a thousand questions etc ..., understand now?
I have another question is it so difficult to be able to do it even in vpk for the PS life in addition to the PC?

..... Do you mean like the videos we have on the Github's Wiki page? .... the videos specifically about how to use TempAR to find pointers?.... the videos I've linked several times?.... These? https://github.com/r0ah/vitacheat/wiki/Finding-Pointers-With-TempAR-(Video)

Or maybe the written tutorial on the Github's Wiki? The tutorials explaining exactly how to use TempAR to find pointers... We have two of those. https://github.com/r0ah/vitacheat/wiki/Finding-Pointers-With-TempAR , https://github.com/r0ah/vitacheat/wiki/Finding-Multi-Level-Pointers-With-TempAR

Or do you mean like the PDF files that come with Vitacheat that explain how to use the plugin, or how to create your own codes.... https://github.com/r0ah/vitacheat/tree/master/plugin/manual

The fact is this: If people WANT to look up info on how to use Vitacheat or TempAR, the info is out there. There's tutorials. There's Videos. There's pictures and pages of data. There's an abundance of information. There's no need to keep making tutorials if people aren't going to use them, and simply bug me via PM to make codes for them, or to check dumps for them, or to crack something for them. If you want to make a tutorial, go right ahead. But people are not going to stop asking how to do it.

About creating a VPK for on PSVita. That would require some one with experience in programming on the vita. If you find some one willing (and able) to make a VPK for us that is similar to vitacheat, but also allows for pointer searching on the device, that would be awesome. But I don't know that anyone will be willing right now. All the good programmers that want to work on mobile devices are moving to Switch, I believe.

Good! Make sure to try to always start at 81000000. Most valid pointers aren't very far from the beginning of the code.

Ok ok ok @Yohoki sorry,i will not ask anything else in this thread,i will just publish the codes that i will find or i'll abandon it forever.

I really don't care if people ask questions. It's a complicated thing that we do here. People will have questions about it. I'd much rather see people ask questions about how to do it than demand new codes. XD

Sorry @Yohoki ,then me and the others who find and publish the codes are wrong?I
s it better to have a database on Gitub with bogus codes like DariusBurst,Digimon Next Order,Super Robot Wars Z3 Henkoku,Tengoku & Rengoku and others i don't know, rather than people who find correct codes or do tutorials about them like me?

No. It's definitely not good to see codes that don't work.

But, you mention something strange.... DariusBurst... You say those codes don't work. But those codes were written by dask, who I'm told is actually finalcheat, the creator of VitaCheat.....Even if he ISN'T finalcheat, if you look at the PDF files that are distributed with VitaCheat, you'll see his name is the one in the example codes. That should be more than enough to show how familiar he is with making codes. If ANYONE knows how the codes work, it's him...

The rest of those are not necessarily by dask, but they ARE speedfly codes. Speedfly is a PAID provider of codes. Do you think people are paying for broken codes? If I paid my subscription and received a broken code, I'd be furious. Even if it was just one of the codes in the list. Yet, no one on those sites is mentioning anything about codes not working, aside from normal issues (like list showing up empty). So, I have to assume that these codes also worked at one point or another.

So, either there is an issue with newer versions of Vitacheat affecting codes, or there is an issue with users not setting up their vita/game correctly. Plugins installed can effect codes. Install type can effect codes. Even little things that you wouldn't think could change anything, like changing your vita's system language, but not the game's language, can break codes.

And then there's games like my codes for Ys VIII where I spent almost a year trying to get it to work on other people's games, but couldn't do it. for some reason (unknown to me) the dumps people were sending me were completely changed, as if they had a plugin or something messing it up. I got so frustrated with this game's issues that I didn't even finish playing it (which is a shame because I really was enjoying it.)

I'm aware that probably many new codes are being added that aren't checked properly, though. It wouldn't hurt to go through the list of codes and see what ones work, and don't. That's a big task. Maybe we should start adding a 'tester' or 'verified by' note in the uploads of any new codes... That would stop this from happening as much as new codes get added, if they're required to have been tested by another vita before uploading to the database.

I'm here to help the community, not to make unnecessary controversy, but when i get these answers i feel like deleting everything I've posted!

Bro you need to chill a little, there is a TON of tutorials for finding pointers in TempAR and a lot of tutorials to find values in Normal search and Fuzzy Search. Yes, there is a lack of more advanced codes tutorials (like B2, condition and button pad tutorials, etc) but you that's life for everyone. Also there is next to zero tutorials on how to make cheats like speed x2, xp multipliers, teleport, no fights, instant fight, etc but I'm sure my great friend @tomberyx will make some of those tutorials cuz he rocks.

Sorry @Yohoki ,then me and the others who find and publish the codes are wrong?I

There were some non functional codes apart from those you posted, that's not good, but we don't have the man-power or free time to check each and every code on the git bro, when we find non working codes we should report it in the git and hope that someone will check them out and make new ones (Like I did with Digimon World -Next Order-

they didn't work, I even had to make them from scratch. But I wasn't mad at all, I just was like "aww man let's do some code magic" hahaha and I even completed the list with all the codes, working for NoNpDrm version :)

I did not say you were a liar. You probably have noticed codes not working. I said you said something strange.

So, fine. We'll look at DariusBurst. You say the codes do not work. Let's take a close look at that one.

This one has a code for inf HP/God mode:
Code:
_V0 God Mode//上帝模式 (v1.00)
$A100 816A4134 0000BF00

It's an ARM type code, it looks like it's putting a NOP (No Operation) command into the RAM somewhere important, like the spot where the game tries to detect that you've been hit and jump to another part of the code. That jump has probably been changed to a NOP so that the jump is skipped and not followed, making the rest of the code act as if you had not been hit. Okay. We now have a basic understanding of how the code works.

Now lets look at the .psv... It says it's for MAI5/NND and version 1.00/1.11. So. Which version of the game was this tried on? Was it tried on v1 or 1.11? Was it tried on both MAI5 and NND? Smoker is an english speaker, but dask is chinese. Was the game language set to chinese/jap/eng and tested. What about system language? Did smoker try setting his system language to chinese/japanese and try all the previous combinations again? Some quick maths, thats 2 types, 2 versions, 3 in-game languages and 3 system languages = 2x2x3x3 = 36 different combinations. I trust smoker to be thorough in his codes. But I don't know that he would have tried reloading the game 36 times with different settings to see if any fixed the issue. I'm willing to bet, that one of these things is not right and getting the correct settings is the key to getting this list working.

Feel free to try them. I put a LOT of info up on how to get them to work, even if my codes don't work for you. Be careful with INF items, as it can lock mission progress at some points, because I didn't get around to testing it better... there were more pressing things I was trying to fix.

https://github.com/r0ah/vitacheat/issues/60

I believe it was the 'unlock all items' code that halts some mission progress (like being able to fast travel during one of the story missions that requires you to do it) but the x98 items also can mess up missions because some of the early ones require you to craft a certain amount of food or something, and having more than that amount isn't expected... Both of these things could be fixed easily with some testing, but I hadn't gotten to that.

Thanks! I'll try them when I can and let you know bro.

Ps: that's why I don't use x99 items in my codes, I prefer to put like 10 or 20 since in the end I never use all of the items and sometimes it might break something like you said dude.

Most games don't matter, and 99 looks more 'Hacky', so that's what I normally use. But this one in particular, iirc, part of a tutorial mission takes you into the crafting area to make a food item, but if you have more than 10, you can't craft any more... you end up just getting softlocked on that screen. I made a list of what items were where in my notes, so it's pretty easy to just put food items to a max of 15 or w/e the random tiny number is.

EDIT: Found the note on the github
Yohoki on Github said:

For example, the costumes start at the 160th place from 82DE57B8. The values are 16-bit, so I need to double the 160, so 320. It's also only in decimal at the moment, so converting 320 = 0x140.

82DE57B8 + offset 0x140 puts the beginning of the costumes at address 82DE58F8.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

@Yohoki ,i wrote you a while ago, my version of DariusBurst is PCSE00792 1.1 with all the DLCs and downloaded from PKGj, and I followed all your advice, but the codes never worked!

Well. I've given 36 different reasons why it may not be working for you. If you insist that those codes absolutely do not work. Then I insist that you should try these steps.

Instead of making more tutorials for people to ignore, maybe there need to be stricter rules for uploaded codes. I can recommend a few things that might help... Things like requiring in-game and Vita System language be marked in the notes section. And requiring all codes to be checked on a 2nd vita before being accepted.

I know language is a BIG part of the issue with codes, because I hardly ever get issues from other americans, but people that aren't native english speaking tend to have a harder time with my codes. I suspect this is because of language settings in-game and in system, rather than not understanding the code. And many of the dumps people send me confirm this. It's usually a pointer stops working because the language options differ. My 'Dragon Ball Z: Battle of the Gods' codes highlighted this really well, because I had 3 different languages that were being used and none of the codes worked with other languages.

since all the games you've mentioned are speedfly codes, where the creators are probably chinese, I highly suspect the issue is not the codes themselves, but your vita not being set correctly for the languages.

@Yohoki ,do you think i haven't tried the solution of the language? It does not work even if i set my PS Vita in Chinese,i'm not so naive and this advice has already given me some time ago in other posts,if you want i put the link!

P.s:Now,begin delete any my codes founded,i begin from the my tutorialI realized that i was taken for a ride and i wasted precious time with you!
