Hacking Update switch firmware

Sorry if this has been covered.
I have a switch modded with rcmloader, and load into emmu to load a item map for Animal crossing for my daughter.
Now the game has updated to 1.5.1 and she cant come to my island as the versions dont match.

Ive rebooted my switch into "good" firmware and updated the game, but cant work out how I copy the save game from original firmware to hacked.
I do have JKSV but not sure how.

Is there an easy way of updating my maps, or game on hacked firmware?

Boot to EmuNAND. Open JKSV and choose Animal Crossing, then back up the game's save. Now close the switch and tun off your home wifi. Boot to SysNAND (Original) with cfw. Open JKSV, after that choose Animal Crossing and lastly Restore the backup you just created. Close your switch and boot into Original Firmware without CFW. You can now turn on your home network.
This method has the chance to get your switch banned.

I was under the impression my EMUNAND was my cfw and the sysNAND was standard fw.
I dont have a way of backing up the patched game save from sysNAND to move to EMUNAND.
I cant load JKSV from clean standard fw.

or should i say a clean 1.5.1 save to unclean cfw.

Yes.
What i just tried:
Turn off wifi..
Reboot into launch menu
launch SYSCFW
then launch JKSV
save game
reboot into emmu
restore savegame

This came up that the save was corrupt
Your help has got me a little closer though.

Edit: wondering if i need to upgrade the game on the emmu aswell some how ><

What i just tried:

Your help has got me a little closer though.

Download nsp update file of the game(Can't link it but it's easy to find.). Download sigpatches. Lastly, download tinfoil as nro(Google it).
Put the nsp file into sd card's root and follow instructions for sigpatches and Tinfoil. Open your EmuNAND and click on Tinfoil Installer in hbmenu.
Tinfoil app should come up, on the home menu, open that. In the files tab, find your nsp update file you just downloaded. Click on that and install it. Now lastly re-restore your save data.
