the sreen color looks like a little warmI've never heard of that before. that doesn't look normal. it almost sounds like a shielding issue though, but that's coming from someone who has never opened a switch and looked about. however, if something isn't shielded properly, I think it can cause tint issues.
is it because of the sx core's welding issue???aww man I wish my switch came with a screen like that, it's like a built-in blue light filter
but jokes aside it's part of quality control, it's the same reason why DS screens would have 2 different color temperatures when you buy them, it just boils down to the color temperature not being calculated very precisely by the factory that makes the displays, and things like this are still within the "shippable product" category. If this was a problem with signal interference there would be wayyy more problems with the display than just a yellow tint
this is what i fear of that modchip causeunknown. isn't the animal crossing switch a Mariko system? that's what I have. I only use black, but when I got the system, I don't remember it having a yellowing effect. mine is legit though, so I guess it's possible the modchip has messed something up.
I just turned off the blue light filter on my computer, and there definitely are not any problems with your screen caused by the modchip. That's just how the screen looked when it came out of the factory, the yellowness is indiscernible unless you were to compare it with a white sheet of paper.is it because of the sx core's welding issue???
seen like ur switch is cold screenI'm currently downloading my games to my older switch, but the animal crossing one is on my bed. here's what white looks like:

I know just enough to verify and compress/convert games, but not much else. I don't know if that's the cause, but I'd definitely consult the person you bought the system from and/or modchip.
