Gaming Custom games on Wii U usb helper

I notice there are a few Custom wii games on Wii U USB helper.

Some of them I believe to be new mario games using assets from previous games. What about Okami, Muramasa, Mario Kart Wii are those also new games?
(If they are the same games what is the point of being there?)

There are a few custom games specially wimms MK Wii with 100's of extra custom tracks and ported tracks also online play support with Wiimmfi

Try both original and modded there's some great mods out there specially all the Wii Super Mario Bros / there's a 1-1 of NES SMB game but with new graphics and it's awesome as hell
