Hacking Question Updated to 10.0.4 by accident

Hey! My switch was running 10.0.2 with Atmosphere 0.12.0 perfectly. Idiot as I am I pressed the update button when starting a new game. After that I can not boot into Atmosphere.

"A fatal error occurred when running Atmosphere" then it is just stuck in a boot loop.

I tried re-downloading Atmosphere, put it in my SD-card and Hekate/Fusee without progress.

The only way I get onto the switch is by injecting Hekate and booting to OFW without Atmosphere.

Does anyone know anything about this? I would really not like to loose the info on my SD-card due to my fiancé keep playing Animal Crossing all the time.

atmos 0.12.0 still works on 10.0.4. Maybe try deleting everything atmosphere related and put in fresh files.

look even if you need to reformat the sd card, the save data is stored on the console not the sd card, but do as suggestion above and do a clean atmosphere install

Yes they do. If you're using fusee-primary to boot Atmosphere, use these patches:

There are different sigpatches for Hekate fss0 method and fusee-primary, as long as you use the correct one, it works fine (on any firmware), but of course you should always check to make sure sigpatches have been updated before updating to a newly released firmware.

Hello! I have the same issue, I updated my switch using ChoidujourNX to 10.0.4 and to the latest atmosphere and everything worked perfectly. I turned off my switch by mistake and now I can’t boot atmosphere, it gives me a black screen with an error message. I hope somebody can give me a solution! Thanks!

What error message does it give? Also there is a new release of Atmosphere from a few hours ago

I updated my Atmosphere files to the ones from a few hours ago and now it doesnt give me an error message just black screen after "Atmosphere" blue screen...

Make sure the SD card is formatted to FAT32.
