You could try NUSspli. While it downloads from the same servers USB helper does it does it in a slightly different way and tickets are completely different.

Also your CFW setup sounds a bit messy (why did you use Mocha when you already had CBHC?) so there might be something wrong...

Indeed! I don't know what kind of guide suggests to use Mocha when haxchi is already installed. If someone uses Mocha while using Haxchi (or CBHC) that's like installing CFW over a CFW. Useless, and likely to create problems.

Another last question
When done installing games with wup installer it takes to a black screen which require me to restart the console !
The games are installed perfectly but that black screen is annoying !

I launched haxchi then the homebrew without autoboot to mocha and i managed to install homebrew launcher channel with wup installer
But i faced another problem, I downloaded super mario 3d world from usb download helper to make sure that my files are not corrupted, installed it successfully but when I try to launch it from the home menu it opens but stuck at the intial screen then the console freezes
What iam doing wrong

It fixed it
