I can't boot up my switch, the screen stays black.

When I connect it to the charger I have the following screen appearing every few seconds:

If I try to boot up while charging, I get the Nintendo logo but it goes to black right after:

I tried pressing the power button for 12 seconds and then again after a few seconds and nothing.

What can I do? Thank you in advance for any help.

Looking at the first screenshot it looks like the battery is almost fully charged.

Perhaps something is wrong during the boot sequence. Google "nintendo switch recovery" and you'll find instructions from nintendo on how to trouble shoot this.

I did and their instructions didn't really help. I did pry open the console and recconect the battery. Now it shows the battery depleted and instead of flashing the battery screen at intervals it shows the following screen constantly:

I'm gonna leave it for a bit to see if it charges and then try to boot it.

Oh! I ran into this issue the other day.

What was happening was the console was not super charing at 1.49 amps. It was stuck on .49 amps, so it was't charing fast enough for the console to fully turn on.

I had previously replaced the P13USB chip on the other side of the board, which fixed the docking issue. However, there was an hdmi filter/fuse that was blow so had to replace that.

Your situation might be a little different. More than likely I'd suspect it's the M92T36 IC, you can check some of the capacitors around the chip with a multimeter for both sides shorting to ground.

If you search "Tronixfix Switch" on youtube, you'll find repair videos on this issue.

Edit: Also it might be good to test with a known working good battery. The ones I've bought online usually have some charge to them.
