This switch starts up and works flawlessly. Except it doesn't charge. No errors, no shorts, nothing. Works great. It will maintain battery when on the dock. And it does show a charging symbol

take the charger from the back of the dock and plug it into the switch. Does it show the charging symbol? If yes or no take it out and turn the charger 180 degrees and plug back into the switch. Does it show the charging symbol?

If it shows the charging symbol only on one side then the USB C port could be damaged.
If it doesn't show the charging symbol at all then it will need further investigation.

It's definitely fast charging or it would be losing charge while docked (or actually it would not dock at all). Probably just the battery starting to wear out. Leaving the Switch in the dock all the time accelerates battery wear.

I left it in the dock yesterday without playing for 4 hours and it actually lost 3% battery even though it said it was charging. I just tried another battery and it's doing the same thing.

Original charger and dock? Maybe both of the batteries are worn, but seems kinda unlikely they would show the exact same symptoms. The only other thing I can think of is maybe the charger itself is partially faulty. I've never heard of a hardware fault on a Switch causing charging to be slower, heard of plenty of cases of fast charging not working but then the dock wouldn't work, so it doesn't seem likely to be a hardware issue with the Switch, and you've already tried 2 batteries, so that leaves the charger...

I've tried multiple chargers, multiple docks, more than 2 batteries, new m92t36, new bq24193, p13usb, usb port..I'm very exhausted with this board at this point

And here is another one with a different battery. I had to change chargers because it wasn't sensing enough wattage to power on the gauge

What voltage are you getting on pin 22 of BQ24193 and what voltage have you got on the test pad just above BQ24193 test with the official nintendo charger plugged in.

The official Nintendo charger must sense a fault because it pushes no voltage to the system at all. And it works perfect with my other switches

So what voltage do you get on pin 22 of BQ24193 and the test point with one of those plugged in.
That's providing your getting voltage on pin 1 of BQ24193

So none of my pd chargers show anything but my aukey quick charger delivers 5v to pin 22 on the bq24193
