I did notice in hekate it says battery capacity is only 1000mah. But the sticker on the battery said 4310 mAh. Could that be an issue or is that a hiccup in hekate?

If that was at the test point highlighted with the red arrow, check the resistors that I've highlighted in green

Have you got a working board to hand you can test the values against, also just make sure the resistors are soldered down ok.

Okay we're getting somewhere. I had another board to compare to and looks like both should be 5ish kohms. I swapped it and now I have quick charge from the aukey but my Nintendo charger still does nothing

What does hekate report now, what board revision are you working on
Reports fast charging with the aukey quick charger and not charging with the Nintendo charger, Asus PD charger, and an aukey pd charger...

I mean just plug the charger in directly without the volt/amp meter, is this what you did.
Sorry I misread. Yeah it does the same thing. The two pd chargers & the Nintendo charger deliver no voltage. & Hekate does not report charging. The aukey quick charger delivers 5v and hekate reports quick charge

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Another new development. It no longer docks. If I put it in the dock it shows charging for a second but then starts to fast flash the light on the dock. And it no longer displays to the tv

If it was charging before in the dock then it should charge with the nintendo charger as it's the same thing or do you mean it just docked but didn't charge.

before it was not actually charging in the dock...it was showing that it was charging but the battery % was actually going down. But before it would dock and display to the tv, it no longer does that. Now when I place it in the dock it show a charging symbol for a second but then the dock just starts flashing and it stops showing the charge symbol. and it never attempts to go to the tv

Just as a test take the resistor off that you put on and if you still have it put the old one back.

But with the old resistor I didn't even have charging with the aukey quick charger.

I have changed several components. I didn't try it on the dock after each one. So it is possible my docking issue is self inflicted by another component I changed. However I know I didn't have any sort of charging until you directed me to those resistors. Now I have something

OK I didn't think it would effect docking
Have you tried removing the esd protection device from the CC lines, which is just to the left of the port on the back side of the board.

I've just edited my previous post have a look at that
That was one of the first things I did. I think you suggested it in another thread. I swapped the m92t36 with a new one because I think I put in a used one. And that took care of the rest of the problems so far.
