Jayro, thank you for v20.05.1 update. Can you please publish the changes (change log)?

How can I download the new version using Torrent by the link from MEGA?
I am new to BitTorrent, I thought that I need a Magnet link or Torrent link for that and not a MEGA link. What software should I use to download MediCat by MEGA Torrent?

I'll post the changelog when I get home, I'm stuck at work until 10pm PST.

I use qBitTorrent, but any torrent client will do. There's a Torrent folder, and the torrent file is inside it.

May i suggest renaming the malwarebytes folder to Anti_Viruses? would allow us to add our own anti virus disk images to the USB.
Too late now, but maybe on next release. I'm not re-uploading 60GB of MediCat for a just a folder name change.

yeah obviously lol, just something cool in the next update was exactly what i was thinking :3

also have you considered releasing minor updates as just a folder of the changed files in the future? atleast for minor updates like .1/.2 etc. I think it would become much easier to update for the users, and easier to upload.

I used to with old MediCat, so I'll probably do that going forward.

Thanks for creating this. I'm struggling to write the bin file to a (64GB) usb stick using rufus 3.10.
It says failed to scan image when I select the bin file. I have opened it with 7zip to check it's not corrupt.
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?!

You don't use Rufus, you use ImageUSB.

There's instructions above your comment on how to make it fit for a 32GB drive. And I used a 64GB Sandisk Ultra Flair USB 3.0 drive to make it, so of you buy that one it should fit fine. I bought mine at Walmart for $14 USD.

Btw should we format pendrive to exfat or NTFS?
Neither, the image will write an exFAT partition of it's own. The drive doesn't need to be formatted at all, as everything on it (partitions of any kind) will get overwritten by the exFAT partition.
