ROM Hack RELEASE Borderlands 2: Game of the Year Edition 60FPS mod

Mod for Borderlands 2: Game of the Year Edition that increases the framerate from 30FPS to 60FPS. It is hitting that target framerate most of the time in handheld mode when using the below OC but a higher OC to GPU could help in the most heavy areas. Only tested in portable mode but will probably be unstable in docked mode without using ReverseNX to force the handheld profile due to the high resolution.

Recommended OC profile:

handheld_charging_cpu=1785
handheld_charging_gpu=768
handheld_charging_mem=1600

To install it simply copy the exefs_patches folder to the atmosphere folder.

Will only work with version 1.0.0, 1.0.1 and 1.0.2 of the game.

Yeah! I was able to grind BL2 on PSvita with 20fps but now after playing too many PC games in 60fps, BL2 at 30fps giving me headaches!! they should have an option for 60fps (may be with lower graphics/resolutions) in these games.
It run very smooth at 384mhz OC, not sure it's 60fps or not but it's good enough
Also would it possible for editing BL2 settings like PC/PSVita version? It's great for performance and graphics (especially on handheld mode) if we can disable the cel shading outlines like this

Max clocks on everything, will probably only get you to 50fps tho so use reversenx to switch to handheld resolution.

The patch works fine for everyone else, so check whats wrong with your CFW or sysmodules.

Hi really thanks for your work letting framerate go up to 60fps . I'm going to buy this game really soon but can you manage to lock the framerate to 50. I think in that way it could even be easier to keep console battery and stress to a lower level. Thanks lot

No need to repeat what Masagrator said, but ill add that config files in BL2 cant lock framerate and if you want better battery life try a lower OC.

reverseNX works awesome for this playing docked, pretty much locked at 60fps!

too bad textures look like crap in handheld mode on large monitor. Probably asking too much for a mod to drop res to 720p in docked but keep textures where they are...
