I was playing resident evil 4 on nintendont and the game crashed quite a few times. It crashed during the helicopter mike section about twice, and it crashed 3 times at assignment ada. I wasn't sure why it was, so i unplugged and replugged the console and tried dios mios instead, and it didn't crash at all on there.
Is RE4 hard to run on nintendont? Does the crash mean my usb is faulty? Did i get lucky with dios mios?

Why not just play the Wii version doesn't it have the option to use traditional controls or wii controls?

Maybe it doesn't, havent played it in forever.

No issues listed here. So it must be something on your end.

I'll try other games and see if it's either the iso or usb. Metroid Prime will be my test

I scanned both my usb and sd card and windows found no errors on them, either the wii usb port is the issue or the re4 ISOs are, ill see with the other games later.

If it's usb, would formatting help or would i have to get a new one entirely?
I think formatting again with the proper parameters would be okay. If it fails, then testing another USB or SD would be recommended to discard. Does your ISO MD% match a good known dump?

I finished this game yesterday. Only three Times my Wii freeze when i play. Random of course. I always do a Save when i play.
I finished gc version. And stop cause those random freezes. I Check wii version i future.
Resident evil remake dont have any of those problem. I played almost 5 hour today no freeze. I played gc games from Samsung 64gb SD card.
I think Its only Resident Evil 4 gc version problem.
